Dying to Live Ministries
2024 10K Payday
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All entrants understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the 2024 10K Payday ($10,000) Raffle for the benefit of Dying to Live Ministries set forth herein:
1. An entry is reflected by a ticket and represents a chance to win the opportunity to accept an offer of the stated prize as per the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Winner Notification Agreement.
Sales Start Date: Sales begin at 12:01 a.m. CST on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Other Important dates:
Grand Prize Sales Deadline: Mailed entry application must be postmarked by Friday, June 28, 2024 and received no later than Monday, July 1, 2024; in person and phone orders must be received by 4 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2024; and online orders must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, to be eligible for the drawing. Each entry will be represented by a ticket in the Grand Prize Drawing.
Grand Prize Drawing: Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 8:30 pm at The Remnant, 602 Carroll Gartin Blvd, Laurel, Mississippi.
2. The purchase of a raffle entry constitutes full agreement by the purchaser to all terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Winner Notification Agreement.
3. No one will be eligible to win who procures an entry without valid payment of the purchase price, whether through a check returned for "insufficient funds," "closed account," or through charge to a debit or credit card that is "declined," "invalid," or "stolen."
4. Each entrant must confirm that their name, address, phone number, and email address (if applicable) are legibly reflected on their application.
5. Entries may not be issued in the name of a company or business.
6. If more than one name is listed on the entry, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant.” Dying to Live Ministries does not have an obligation for delivery of any prize to any person other than the entrant (an individual’s name on an entry). The entrant is responsible for coordinating delivery efforts with groups that purchase an entry.
7. Dying to Live Ministries is not responsible for entries lost or delayed in the mail or otherwise not received by the Grand Prize Sales Deadline.
8. A maximum of 1,000 entries will be sold. If less than 100 paid entries (excludes free tickets) have been sold by 11:59 p.m. CST on Monday, July 1, 2024, the raffle will change from a $10,000 payout to a 50/50 split of proceeds from sales received as of 11:59 p.m. CST on July 1, 2024.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
9. Dying to Live Ministries reserves the right to conduct additional drawings throughout the raffle and these Terms and Conditions apply to such drawings. All additional raffle winners will remain eligible for the Dying to Live 10K Payday drawing to be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. Prizes outside of the grand prize drawing of $10,000 must be claimed in person within 30 days of the date of the drawing. Otherwise, the prize will be considered forfeited by the entrant.
10. After the raffle ticket drawing winner is selected on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, the Dying to Live Ministries will send the winner a Winner Notification Agreement, to be sent via certified, return receipt U.S. Mail. The winner will have ten (10) calendar days from the date of the winner’s receipt of the Winner Notification Agreement to accept the cash prize in the amount of $10,000.00 or the 50/50 split of proceeds from sales received as of 11:59 pm CST on Monday, July 1, 2024, (as applicable), by executing and returning to Dying to Live Ministries the signed Winner Notification Agreement pursuant to the terms and conditions stated therein. Upon receipt of the Winner Notification Agreement, the cash prize of $10,000.00 or the 50/50 split of proceeds from sales received by 11:59 p.m. CST on Monday, July 1, 2024, (as applicable), will be tendered to the winner within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the winner’s acceptance of the cash price as evidenced by the execution of the Winner Notification Agreement. If the executed Winner Notification Agreement is not received by Dying to Live Ministries within ten (10) calendar days, the prize will be automatically forfeited by the drawing winner.
11. The winner of the Dying to Live $10K Payday raffle is subject to any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes payable due to the winner’s acceptance of the cash prize. All such applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner to handle as required by law
12. Dying to Live Ministries reserves the right to use the names, pictures, video images, and relevant quotes of the winner.
13. The $100 entry price, payable to Dying to Live Ministries, is not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
14. The winner need not be present at the drawing to be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 8:30 p.m. CST at The Remnant, in Laurel, MS.
15. Participants must be twenty-one (21) years or older.
16. Void where prohibited by law.
17. The employed staff of Dying to Live Ministries and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
18. Entry sales and drawing entries will be verified by an independent third party. All proceeds will go to Dying to Live Ministries
